
ITTIA, a leading supplier of real-time embedded data management platform software, is seeking technical sales representatives to help expand their growing market footprint. This role would put you on the leading edge of technology innovation in the automotive, industrial, medical and other markets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in either a technical role (engineer, developer, software tester, etc.) or in a technical sales role. You should be highly self-motivated and able to develop leads with a wide range of customers to drive business growth.
Candidates must possess general attributes which include:
- Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
- Comfort with either online or telephone calls to interface with prospective clients
- Ability to thrive in a competitive technology environment
- Multitasking capability with a goal-driven mentality
- Organized and flexible with a very strong work ethic
- Mature and ethical
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent is required.
Duties include:
- Analyzing customer needs: Identifying and assessing a customer's needs and resources
- Recommending products: Suggesting the appropriate products or services to meet a customer's needs
- Demonstrating products: Explaining technical concepts to customers and demonstrating products
- Coordination: Arranging in-person and online meetings with prospective clients
- Promoting sales: Promoting products to existing clients and identifying potential clients
- Providing feedback: Contributing input to product design to tailor software or services to meet customer needs
We offer a base salary with a significant sales commission and bonuses when quotas are achieved.
