Waiver and Release
I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge ITTIA L.L.C., its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, or damages of any kind arising out of or related to my participation in any event sponsored, organized, managed, or affiliated with ITTIA.
This release includes, without limitation, claims for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage, including any medical treatment provided in connection with the event.
This waiver shall be interpreted as broadly as permitted under California law.
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation may involve risks, including risks arising from the negligence of ITTIA. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for my participation.
Photo and Video Release
I understand that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event.
For good and valuable consideration, I grant ITTIA L.L.C., its affiliates, subsidiaries, assigns, licensees, and designees the irrevocable right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical information (collectively, the “Materials”) in any media now known or later developed, for advertising, marketing, editorial, or other lawful business purposes.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished Materials or their use. I acknowledge that the Materials shall be the sole property of ITTIA.
I hereby release and hold harmless ITTIA and its affiliates from any claims arising from the use of the Materials.

ITTIA acts as a data controller and collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
